ASSOCIATION “RECOVERY”

COMPREHENSIVE PROGRAM FOR THE RENEWAL OF REGIONS OF UKRAINE “INITIATIVE”

The “Initiative” program was established based on the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1159 and is implemented by the Association of Enterprises “Energy Alliance,” becoming the first project of this kind of national importance in Ukraine.

Program Objectives
The “Initiative” program serves as the primary document of the “Restoration” association, which:

Defines strategic directions for the renewal of Ukraine’s regions.
Promotes the implementation of energy-efficient and sustainable technologies.
Creates conditions to support local communities and stimulate economic growth in the regions.
Role of the “Restoration” Association
The “Restoration” association uses the “Initiative” program as a foundational tool for coordinating its activities. The program serves as a guiding document for the following tasks:

Implementation of projects aimed at restoring buildings and engineering infrastructure in cities and towns.
Adoption of energy-efficient solutions in the construction and modernization of facilities.
Support for educational and social initiatives.
Establishment of rehabilitation training centers.
Recovery of the regional economies of Ukraine.
