SOLVING ENERGY EFFICIENCY ISSUES WITHIN THE “INITIATIVE” PROGRAM

THE SOLIDARITY PRINCIPLE AGREEMENT

The Solidarity Principle Agreement represents mutual responsibility in ensuring consistency and scope in implementing thermal modernization measures for heat generation facilities, centralized heat distribution networks, and energy-consuming facilities.

The Solidarity Principle Agreement can only be fully applied and effective under conditions of decentralization and the abolition of subsidies and grants in the housing and utilities sector.

This technology has been developed by “Energy Alliance” and “Standard-C” and is being implemented in Ukraine for the first time. The concept of construction and thermal modernization of buildings within the “Initiative” Program excludes isolated thermal modernization efforts without alignment with a comprehensive Regional Thermal Modernization Plan.
